Manual Protective Digital Display Pellet Press, PrepP-02M
Manual Protective Digital Display Pellet Press is a semi-automatic powder sample preparation equipment specially designed for laboratories. It forms powder samples into shape by manual pressure, equipped with a digital display pressure gauge and a protective cover, which is used to precisely and safely prepare sheet samples required for X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and other analyses.
Features:
1. It is driven by a hand-cranked pressure rod, with the pressure application process controlled manually and no external power supply required, making it suitable for basic laboratory use.
2. It is equipped with a high-precision digital pressure gauge that directly displays the t or MPa value (with a resolution of 0.01 grade), providing intuitive and accurate readings and avoiding human visual errors.
3. The fully enclosed protective cover over the pressing area prevents sample splashing in case of mold rupture, ensuring the safety of the operator.
4. The integrated design effectively reduces the risk of oil leakage and enhances the stability of the equipment.
5. It offers multiple specifications of 15t, 24t, 30t, and 40t, catering to the pressing needs of samples with different hardness levels, and has strong pressure adjustability.
6. The four-column support structure ensures uniform force distribution on the mold under high pressure, resulting in a smooth pressing process and high-quality sample formation.

1. The "seal-free connection" cylinder structure eliminates potential oil leakage risks.
2. A fully transparent organic glass protective shield is standard-equipped, integrating operational safety with visual monitoring.
3. Pressure accuracy can reach ±0.01T.
Application Scenarios:
Materials Science and R&D: Extensively employed in the research, development, and quality control of ceramics, refractory materials, cement, metal powders, battery materials (e.g., cathode and anode materials), etc. Powder raw materials are compressed into standard pellets for density and strength measurement, or for compositional and structural analysis techniques such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF).
Mining and Metallurgy: Utilized for sample preparation of ores, minerals, and metallurgical products (e.g., slag). Compacting ground powder into homogeneous discs serves as a standard pretreatment step for XRF spectral analysis to determine elemental content.
Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science: Applied in catalyst R&D, pharmaceutical raw material analysis, and chemical product testing to prepare test tablets with uniform composition, facilitating spectral analysis or other physicochemical property assessments.
Environmental Monitoring and Geological Exploration: Used for the preparation of environmental and geological samples (e.g., soil, sediment, rock powder). Once pressed into pellets, these samples enable rapid, non-destructive qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis.
Summary: This manual digital-display tablet press is a versatile laboratory sample pretreatment instrument. Its core value lies in converting loose powder into dense, flat, and homogeneous solid pellets through the provision of stable and precisely displayed pressure, thereby meeting the stringent sample morphology requirements for spectroscopic, physical, and chemical analyses.
