Fully Automated Electric Fusion Machine:FSC-01

The FSC-01 automated electric fusion machine is developed by RUISHENBAO® analytical (shanghai) Co., Ltd to prepare glass disks (beads) for X-ray fluorescence (XRF), which is the fully automatic multi-sample fusion machine. The bead fusion method is a technique used to prepare inorganic samples, with a view to analyze them by XRF. This method can eliminate the granularity, mineral and segregation effects of the samples, and can reduce the absorption and enhancement effects between the elements in the sample, and hence evidently increase the precision and accuracy of the XRF analysis. The FSC-01 fusion combines exceptional fusion accuracy with all the advantages of electric power, speed, simplicity for experienced and novice user. It adopts a divided structure (Furnace + Power supply box and controller). This fusion allows you to run up to 4 samples (maximum 6 samples if required by user) at the same time, which can produce homogenous, high quality and reproducible glass bead by automatic computer process control. Touch-screen programmable controls for fusion process like flexible setting of melting temperature, melting and cooling time, crucible rocking movement for homogenization of the melt, and flexible setting of melt pouring facilitated by vibration.  The whole sample preparation process is carried out automatically by PLC, include automatic sample deliver, automated crucible rocking, automatic melt pouring, and automatic sampling.

 The furnace temperature is measured by platinum-rhodium thermocouple which can accurately measure and control the fusion temperature in the crucible and melt pouring. Temperature stability: ±0.1℃, max. usable temperature is 1250℃ for fusion。

 One-button operation. Touch-screen programmable controls and real-time temperature and process large-screen display for fusion process. 8 programs with individual parameters sets for fusion process which like heating process set, temperature rise speed, pre-oxidation temperature, final temperature, crucible rotation speed, rotation starting temperature, cooling time, fan or not, air volume can be preset.

 Automatic rocking of crucible during fusion to ensure a homogeneous and bubble-free melt by program control.

 Automatic melt pouring to ensure the high sample smoothness. Fully automatic, superior accuracy, homogenization and smoothness ensure the superior reproducibility of the sample.

 With the newest insulation material and compact fusion chamber design, the energy consumption is the lowest. There are not electromagnetic field radiation hazardous and gas, no toxic products in fusion process.

 Heating with four silicon carbide rods, simple circuits and structure ensure the high reliability of the fusion. There are over-heat, broken thermocouple, broken silicon carbide rod, and automatic movement limit protection can form multi-protection of the system ensure safe use.

 This unit allows you to run up to 4 samples at the same time (maximum 6 samples if required by user). Low maintenance and repair cost. These make the FSC-01 fusion show high performance-to-price ratio.
