The following table illustrates common causes for disruption in performance and is provided to assist the user in minimizing down time and to improve communications with our service personnel in diagnosing a problem.

Device can only carry out a short time working: |
2) Motor overload: check the indicator LED lights of the motor protector in electric control box. | 1) Check power supply. 2) When the LED of A, B and C phase are on while overload LED is off, the motor works properly; When A, B and C phase LED lights are off, it is the power phase fault or AC contactor failure. Please reconnect; When Overload LED light is on, the motor current overloads or the rotating device fails. Please check the motor. |

2) Grinding pressure clamping device is too low. | 1) Clean seal ring and counter-face of the grinding jar or replace seal ring 2) Check whether the fixation screws of the clamping device is loose. If the screws fix well, add 1-2mm thick plastic washer pits in the slot of positioning plate under the grinding jar. |
Device runs unevenly with strong vibrations | Spring of the suspension of the holder is broken. | Replace the spring. |
