The FSC-01 automated electric fusion machine is developed to prepare glass disks (beads) for X-ray fluorescence (XRF), which is the fully automatic multi-sample fusion machine. The bead fusion method is a technique used to prepare inorganic samples, with a view to analyze them by XRF. This method can eliminate the granularity, mineral and segregation effects of the samples, and can reduce the absorption and enhancement effects between the elements in the sample, and hence evidently increase the precision and accuracy of the XRF analysis.

According to the alarm notice of the device, take the self troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer.

• Ultra temperature alarm: check thermocouple / Silicon control/temperature control meter.
• Alarm for furnace cover opening beyond limit: please check and repair cover-opening photoelectric switch.
• Alarm for furnace cover closing beyond limit: please check and repair cover-closing photoelectric switch.
• Alarm for Stepping forward beyond limit, please check and repair stepping forward limit switch
• Alarm for Stepping backward beyond limit, please check and repair stepping backward limit switch
• cradle swing failure alarm, please check and repair  the swing switch
• Communication trouble between the temperature control meter and PLC, check whether the cable is loose, check and repair temperature control meter/ PLC/thermocouple
